5G Free California Monthly Meeting Moves Online

April 2, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Please join us at our next 5G Free California General Action Meeting

on Thursday, April 2, 7 pm.

In order to bring together our local community during these unprecedented times we will be

hosting our monthly 5G General Action Meeting using Zoom  A Video Conference system.

(Please see Zoom link below)

We are excited to welcome back Julian Gresser, an international attorney, author,

professional negotiator and legal advisor to numerous U.S., Japanese, and European

companies. More recently, Julian was successful in using his negotiation skills to postpone

the installation of Verizon’s 5G city street lights in Santa Barbara at the March 4th City

Council Meeting.

Topic: What action strategies are in place to stop the accelerated pace of

the 5G rollout during the Corona Pandemic, and how we can support them.

Governor Gavin Newsom just issued an emergency order to accelerate

broadband internet “upgrades” (presumably 4G/5G) in schools and the FCC approved on

March 20th a blanket license to Space X to install 1 million antennas on the ground to support

the satellites.

Given these recent changes, what are the most effective legal remedies available to local

grassroots communities to safeguard our schools and communities from 4G/5G EMF/RFR

during these extraordinary times that are challenging our basic civil liberties and

fundamental way of life?

What can we do as grassroots activists to stop the 4G/5G roll out in our local schools and support

the legal challenge in place by Julian Gresser and his team to reverse the acceleration and approval

of 1 million earth stations (antennas) by the FCC to permit 50,000 low orbit non-stationary satellites?

The April 2 Program will feature a panel discussion by three leading attorneys working on

the frontiers of the 5G Network Challenge:

Julian Gresser, Jim Turner, and Scott McCollough.

The focus will be on:

the forthcoming legal challenge by the Healthy Heavens Trust Initiative to the

FCC to reverse its accelerated and reckless recent approval of 1 million earth stations

(antennas), which is part of a program to permit 50,000+ low orbit non-stationary

satellites; and

the most effective legal remedies available to local grassroots communities to

safeguard our schools from 4G/5G EMF/RFR and other vulnerable facilities during

these extraordinary times that are challenging our basic civil liberties and fundamental

way of life.

Muting Etiquette

We ask everyone to keep their line muted during the presentation to limit background noise (dogs barking,
loud typing, coughing/sneezing, traffic noise, sirens, etc.)
To ask a question during the Q&A time, unmute yourself, then mute again when you are finished speaking.
On a computer, tablet, or smartphone, the mute button is in the lower left corner and looks like a microphone.
On a telephone, pressing *6 will mute and unmute your line.

Next Meeting

Our next General Action Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 7pm,
either at the Inn of the Seventh Ray restaurant or via video conference, to be determined.
